longislandflooringco.com is owned and operated by Long Island Flooring Co., LLC. The site exists to show Long Island homeowners what we install, how we work, and how to reach us. It is not a store, it is not a booking platform, and nothing on it constitutes a binding contract for flooring work.

By using the site, you agree that the text, photos, pricing examples, and tools are provided for informational purposes only. Prices, lead times, and material availability change frequently.

The Instant Estimator Is a Ballpark

The estimator at /estimate/ runs your inputs through a simple pricing formula calibrated on our real Long Island job data. It produces a price range, not a fixed quote.

• The range is typically within 15 percent of the final contract number on a standard job.
• The range can be wildly off if we find surprises during the in-home measure — unlevel subfloor, asbestos tile, rot, a radiant-heat system we did not know about.
• The estimator does not generate a contract. It does not commit us to a price. It does not commit you to anything.

The only number you should rely on is the written quote we hand you (or email you) after the in-home measure.

The Actual Contract

When you decide to hire us, we produce a written contract. That document — not the website, not the estimator, not an email thread — governs the work. It covers scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, warranty, and change orders.

If anything on the website conflicts with the signed contract, the signed contract wins.

Intellectual Property

Everything on the site (photos, copy, logos, illustrations, layout) is owned by Long Island Flooring Co., LLC or used with permission. Do not copy it, republish it, or use our photos to advertise another flooring company. If you want to use something, email gino@longislandflooringco.com and ask.

Limitation of Liability

We try to keep the site accurate, but we are a flooring company, not a software company. The site is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made purely on the basis of the website. Always confirm scope and price in the written contract before signing.
